崗位職責

1、根據采購計劃，及時完成采購任務以滿足生產要求；

2、負責采購合同整理、訂單臺賬整理與維護、負責發票和付款單據的整理和保管；

3、按月與供應商對賬，保證賬目的清晰，并及時辦理請款手續；

4、根據產品需求協助研發進行選型；

5、負責電路板打樣備料和發料；

6、進行供應商管理，維護現有供應商、開發新的供應商；

7、及時處理需取消的訂單，及時處理不良品和可修復品，并協助IQC對供應商進行索賠；

8、嚴格遵守公司的各項管理制度和程序文件,服從指令完成上級臨時交辦的其它工作。

任職要求

1、理工科專業優先，大專以上學歷，一年及以上采購工作經驗；

2、熟悉ERP，具研發制造企業采購經驗者優先；

3、具較強的責任心、條理性、協調能力、解決問題能力、承擔壓力能力、社交能力。
